THE SACRAMENTS OF PENANCE AND FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
The next program will be offered to children in Grade 4 (and above) in 2024.
Celebration of Penance will be held on Friday, 2nd August at 9.00am
and the
Celebration of First Holy Communion will be held on Saturday, 31st August at 9.00am
at St Oliver Plunkett Church, Cannon Hill.
Enrolments open at 9.00am on Monday, 20th May and close at 10.00pm on Sunday, 9th June 2024.
Preparation Sessions, Mass and Rehearsal will be held in the Parish at St Oliver Plunkett.
ALL sessions must be attended:
Presentation Mass - Sunday, 16th June at 9.30am (parents, children & family)
Parent's Preparation Session - Wednesday, 19th June at 7.00pm (parents only)
First Penance Preparation Session & Mass - Sunday, 14th July at 8.15am (for parents and children)
Second Penance Preparation Session - Sunday, 28th July at 8.15am (for parents and children)
First Communion Preparation Session - Sunday, 11th August at 8.15am (for parents and children)
Second Communion Preparation Session - Sunday, 25th August at 8.15am (for parents and children)
Communion Rehearsal - Wednesday, 28th August at 6.00pm (for parents and children)

PARENTAL CONSENT & FAMILY LAW FORM
You will need to bring this with you when you come to the
Preparation Session as it is a requirement of the Archdiocese of Brisbane
and will be kept, as stipulated, in the Parish Archives.
